Jim Pillsbury, MS, PE

Hydraulic Engineer

Primarily responsible for the District’s stormwater management, wetlands, and stream permits programs, and the Chapter 105 Delegation Agreement.

Assists with the erosion control program.

Serves on a variety of boards and committees, including: the Villanova Urban Stormwater Partnership, and the Sewickley Creek Watershed Association. Recently served on the committee to create the Pennsylvania stormwater manual.
